Frequently Asked Questions

Contacting us directly with your questions is the best way to map out what your stay at the Desert Rose Motel will look like, but here a few of the most common questions we recieve to help give you more of an idea of what to expect.

What are your room rates?

Room rates are dependent on date and situation. The number of people, the number of beds, the number of weekdays and weekend dates, the total number of nights in one stay, and the general time of year all factor into the price for a room. Please contact us directly with your specific information for a more informed rate.

When is the office open?

Because we are family-owned, our business is attended to for the entirety of the day. Our office is open from morning to night, but you can still contact us by phone during the night for any emergencies.

What is your pet policy?

We do allow pets, but the type of pet and breed will matter. The number of pets will also determine whether we can or cannot rent you a room. Contacting us directly with your pet information is best.

What is your smoking policy?

All of our rooms are non-smoking rooms. Smoking is allowed outside as long as it’s away from windows and doors.

How does laundry work?

All residents have access to a shared laundry and dryer near the office. If you do not have quarters, please stop by the office to make an exchange.

What kind of accessibility options do you have?

All our rooms are on the ground floor and can be accessed from the parking lot. We also have a modified room that include ADA accessible features. Please contact us for more information.

What happens if I have visitors?

To continue maintaining a quiet and safe space, only occupants who are registered with the office are allowed inside the room. Any visitors are required to register at the office, and this may affect the room’s rate.
